Liverpool City Region Housing Pipeline Programme

project in planning

The project involves the delivery of more than 64,000 new homes across the Liverpool City Region through a coordinated £2 billion housing pipeline, unlocking stalled and complex sites by providing targeted public investment, strategic planning support, and delivery mechanisms. The programme will work in partnership with local authorities, housing associations, developers, and Homes England to accelerate housing delivery, increase the supply of affordable and social homes, and support inclusive economic growth. It will contribute to long-term regeneration objectives by aligning housing development with transport, employment, and infrastructure investment across the City Region.
