Description | Most of the time, a museum has only one target: tourists and only two beneficiaries: the owner of the museum and the hospitality/touristic services. Despite this vision, we believe that a museum can be a center of innovation, inclusion, and creativity for all (citizens, migrants, disabled…) To reach this goal, two S.M.E with tourism-core business, a cultural Hub, and a Ngo, whose core activity is entrepreneurship in the cultural sector, from Greece, Italy, and Spain will transform three little museums. WITH THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES: O1: to transform a “museum to see” into a “living museum” at the center of the local development O2: digitalization and gamification of the museum for training, inclusion, and dissemination purposes O3: network with local stakeholders and with international ones to create a model/best practice of innovation with the quintuple innovation helix framework AND THE FOLLOWING RESULTS: R1: the creation of the brand of the “living museum” R2: a guide on “how to create a living museum” with some best practices R3: an interactive map of the territory accessible to disable with the logic of the storytelling R4: a game to discover the treasure of the museum R5: a local network and an international network for each country R6: proposal for merchandising activities |
