The project includes a complete retro fit of the communication and safety technology that staff are currently using throughout the 110,000 sq ft facility, including hard wiring, server infrastructure and security camera upgrades. As the major events center in the region, with over 250,000 visitors annually, these upgrades would enhance the ability to control the HVAC and security access integrated systems. The retrofit to the buildings to allow for digital signage and increased telecommunications in public access areas. This will increase the ability for crowd management and flow of guests throughout the facilities. The kitchen management system will allow the recipient to process drive-up customers and allow for enhanced socially distanced use of restaurant facilities.
