This project includes the construction, design, finance, operation and transfer of a logistics platform in Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas, Ecuador under the model of Public-Private Partnership.The Logistics Platform of Santo Domingo, is a specialized area that has the productive infrastructure necessary to provide the storage, distribution and added value services to the cargo, where different agents coordinate their actions in benefit of the competitiveness of the products through consolidation and deconsolidation of cargo with a focus on productive chains.The platform will require heavy vehicle traffic routes and will be developed on a plot of 98 hectares located at km 15 of the Santo Domingo - Quevedo road, Luz de América parish, Santo Domingo canton, Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas province.The logistics platform involves works of 3 area development, which will be used for the distribution of goods, storage and to handle specialized agricultural goods. The plots will have an area of 8,000 sqm, 26,400 sqm, and 12,656 sqm consecutively.
