Description	The proposed IFC’s financing consists of a senior secured loan of up to US$50 million or its equivalent in Euros (the IFC Loan) to Umai Group LLC (Umai, the Company or the Borrower), the largest retailer in the Kyrgyz Republic and LogoPark LLC, a newly established company (LogoPark or the Co-Borrower, and together, the Companies or Co-Borrowers). The IFC Loan will fund the Companies’ US$68 million investment program for 2026–2028, including US$33 million for the construction of 29,000m2 A-class distribution center by LogoPark near Bishkek and US$35 million for Umai’s capital expenditures to open new stores and redesign existing formats across the Kyrgyz Republic, an IDA country (the Project).
