The project involves the design, financing, establishment and operation of the ultra high-speed electronic communications network (optical fiber) of Loire-Atlantique Développement in Nantes, France.The project will also include the technical and commercial exploitation of the Network elements.The concessionaire will have to assume the following tasks:- Take charge of the works of the electronic communications network made available by the Department and established under the project management of the Loire-Atlantique Numérique Regie (covered part),- Design, implement and finance part of the FttH and FttE network (concessive component),- Build the final connections FttH and FttE (closed and concessive component),- Maintain and operate the entire FttH / FttE network (closed and concessive component),- Activate the network
