"Application for development funding for the slate of projects of Belgian producer LOMPVIS BV. In this submission, we present the following six projects: 1. KONVOOI XX (feature): a compelling feature-length film about an underexposed but wildly successful act of resistance during World War II. The film will be Hans Vercaurter's director's debut. 2. MAZZEL TOV (series): a fresh fiction series based on the bestseller of the same name that tells the exciting love story between Antwerp student Margot and Jewish Orthodox Chaya. The series is developed with a young female team: screenwriter Hasse Steenssens and director Sarah Lederman. 3. METAMORPHOSES (series): a magical realsitic series that uses Greek mythology to question our society. This series will be written by Michael De Cock and Hasse Steenssens, and it will be directed by Jaco Van Dormael - Metamorphoses will be his first series to direct. 4. RAINBOW WARRIOR (feature): a blood-curdling film that tells the story of the deadly attack on the Greenpeace boat ""rainbow warrior, written and directed by the power duo Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah. 5. TWOO (feature): a witty genre film that tells the story of identical twins who have a very hard time digesting the arrival of their new neighbor, written by Malin-Sarah Gozin. 6. PAPSI (short): 15-year-old Milou has the gift of stepping into the dreams of her narcoleptic father Patrick. When he wakes up he remembers nothing, she does ... "
