Long-Term U.S. LNG Supply Agreement between Venture Global and PTT PCL

planned

The United States and Thailand are negotiating a new long-term supply agreement for U.S.-produced liquefied natural gas (LNG). The negotiations focus on a binding long-term contract between U.S. LNG producer Venture Global and Thailand's state-controlled energy company PTT PCL. The contract typically runs 15 or more years. This deal is part of Thailand's efforts to diversify its LNG supply amid disruptions in Qatar's LNG production due to geopolitical conflicts.
