The project comprises the construction and development of Qiqihar million ton hydrogen-based green energy base in Longjiang county, Qiqihar City, in the west of Heilongjiang province, China. The sponsor is Heilongjiang Company of State Power Investment Group, with a total investment of $5880m (42 billion yuan). Construction started on December 10th, 2023. The overall planning and phased implementation will build 3.5 million kilowatts of off-grid wind power, supporting 164,000 tons/year hydrogen system. After the completion of the project, it will achieve an annual output of 400,000 tons of green aviation fuel and 400,000 tons of green methanol. An additional capacity of 10,000 ton annual output of green jet fuel by hydrogen production will be implemented as a satellite project, starting simultaneously. https://www.seetaoe.com/details/228202.html
