The project envisages a new 3,000-ton/day waste incineration power plant in the Longquanshan landfill in Hefei City. These include production areas (mainly garbage receiving and storage systems, mechanical grate-type waste incinerators (4 × 750 tons / day), condensing steam turbine generator sets, waste incineration systems, flue gas purification systems, slag removal, ash Systems, chemical water treatment systems, electrical systems, control systems, leachate collection and treatment systems, etc.). Auxiliary production areas (mainly including logistics import weighing, hydraulic facilities, oil pumping houses and underground oil tanks, sewage treatment stations, leachate treatment stations, fly ash solidification workshops, fly ash and slag landfills, etc.). Total project cost is $ 204.55 million. The BOT concession has a duration of 30 years.
