Scope of work: Detail finalized review of Lou Romano Water Reclamation Plant Main Pump House (LRWRP MPH) flooding vulnerabilities. Identification of infrastructure upgrades to MPH to address flooding vulnerabilities. Installation of upgrades and improvements. Anticipated upgrades: Drywell flood detection backup system. Drywell pumping system. Closure and sealing of hydraulic connections from wetwell to drywell, including site drainage system piping isolation to prevent surcharge and backflow into drywell. Raise location of critical electrical equipment above well elevation. Intended outcomes: Complete hydraulic isolation of drywell area to prevent possible flooding. Backup pumping capacity to address any possible flooding of drywell. Ensuring reliability of MPH pumping capacity
