Description | Louis Vuitton plans to replace its existing 20-story building at 1 East 57th Street with a new 25-story tower rising 485 feet. The development will include a 10-story flagship store with amenities such as a cafe and terrace with Central Park views, public exhibition space, a luxury spa, showroom suites, restaurants, and a top-floor bar and garden. The project features a distinctive design with four curved volumes stacked and twisting towards Central Park. LVMH is applying for a floor-area bonus in exchange for facilitating subway station upgrades including an ADA-accessible elevator. |
