Love’s Lane - Water, Sewer, and Chlorination/Pressure Reducing Valve Building Upgrade

This project includes placement of sewer, water lines, and a sewage pumping station. Additional work will utilize surplus funding to extend water and sewer further along the Conception Bay Highway. This will allow the Town to continue with its plan to service Boone’s Road and connect the existing system on Springfield Road, thereby completing the water and sewer system in this area. This project will ensure the residents of this area are provided with functioning water and sanitary sewer systems. The project also includes replacement of pressure reducing valves, piping and appurtenances, and moving the pressure reducing valves aboveground from a confined space.
