Lower Makefield Township Patterson Farmstead Buildings Renovations

planned

The project involves bringing five buildings on the Patterson Farm to a stable condition after years of delay. It will use adaptive reuse techniques to preserve historic structures and ensure they are structurally sound for years to come. The repair, restoration, and renewed use of the buildings will have a positive economic impact on the community and benefit nearby commercial and retail centers in and adjacent to the Edgewood Village Historic District.
