Pawan Danavi Pvt. Ltd., a Joint Venture of LTL Holding from Sri Lanka , and LVL Energy Fund Pvt. Ltd. Capital Development and Investment Company (CDIC) was also reported as participating. These companies were planning the development of the 10.2MW Pawan Danavi Wind Farm, Kalpitiya peninsula, Sri Lanka. LVL Energy Fund was a subsidiary of Lanka Ventures. CDIC was a subsidiary of NDB Bank. The project was to be supplied by Gamesa Wind Turbines Pvt. Ltd., from India, with 12 wind turbines of the type: G58-850 kW Class III - to be delivered in Q3 2011. The project held a 20 year PPA with Ceylon Electricity Board. Commissioning date was expected in late-2011. The supply contract was announced in June 2011. Total cost was unknown, the equipment supply contract was valued at "over EUR 10 million" ($13.2 million, assumed here as the total investment). Financial Closure date was unknown.
