As Luxembourg’s operational National Contact Point for eHealth, Agence eSanté G.I.E. (hereinafter abbreviated as “AeS”) herewith wishes to apply for the present EU4Health call EU4H-2022-DGA-MS-IBA-3, with the aim to extend its currently operational Cross-Border eHealth Information Services (CBeHIS) – PS-B and PS-A - with the cross-border exchange of the following original clinical documents : o Hospital discharge report (A and B) o Laboratory results (A and B) o Medical imaging report (A and B) and the ePrescription/e-Dispensation use cases as Country A and B. The present application file also includes the continuous efforts required for maintaining operational services, for improving data quality in relation to the cross-border eHealth services and for further alignment with the updated eHN guidelines adopted at European level. The objective of this project will be to ensure stable routine operations and necessary further development of the already operational NCPeH.
