Lucky Mike Copper-Silver-Tungsten Project

under agreement

The Lucky Mike Property is a large district-scale copper-silver-tungsten project in Southern British Columbia comprising 37 claims totaling approximately 7,675 hectares. The project is located between Kamloops and Merritt, adjacent to major highways and approximately 20 km southeast of Highland Valley, Canada's largest copper mine. The project involves a two-stage earn-in agreement where Core Critical Metals Corp. may earn up to an 80% interest by incurring $16 million in exploration expenditures and making cash/share payments to First Atlantic Nickel Corp., which retains a 20% carried interest to feasibility and rights to a mining royalty.
