Description | LucreziaBySujimoto is a 15-storey luxury residential tower located in Banana Island, Lagos. It is the tallest and most luxurious residential building in the area, featuring 22 ultra-luxurious 4-bedroom maisonettes with high-end finishes, private car parks, and advanced amenities such as a private IMAX cinema, Crestron smart home automation, EV charging stations, and full automation of lights, blinds, and security. The building has a Glass Reinforced Concrete façade and includes unique features like an interactive lobby and a virtual golf bar. The penthouse is a triple-storey unit with a private elevator, rooftop pool, Swarovski chandeliers, Bang & Olufsen sound systems, and a Michelin-starred chef on call. The project is slated for completion in Q1 2026. |
