This phase includes 125 residential units and is part of the developer's largest project to date. The first phase, which has 145 units and a clubhouse, is already open and 85% leased. Vertical construction for phase two will continue through 2026, with the first residents expected to move in by October 2026. The full build-out of Lucy Ridge is anticipated by mid-2027. The apartments feature two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a two-car garage, with some units having an extra room. Amenities include a clubhouse with an exercise facility, a dog park, community garden, and bocce ball courts. |
