Description | The project involves the the construction of a second sewage treatment plant in Jiaokou County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province of China. The project includes the construction of a sewage collection pipe network in the east of the city with a long-term capacity of 10000m3 / day and auxiliary buildings (office building, blower room, filter press room, transformer room, dosing room, etc.). The SPV is called Jiaokou County Shangjie Wastewater Treatment Co., Ltd. and is owned by Jiaokou County Urban Environmental Comprehensive Management Co (2%), Jiaokou County Jiaxin Technology Co (97.2%) and Shanxi Chang'an Construction Co (0.8%). The total cost amounts to CNY110.06 million or $15.7 million. The project is structured under BOT model for a concession period of 30 years. Financial close was reached in December 2019. |
