Luminor Bank Senior Preferred Bonds

Investments of up to EUR 100 million in a series of senior preferred bonds ("SP Bonds") and senior non-preferred bonds ("SNP Bonds") to be issued by Luminor Bank AS in Estonia ("the Issuer") until March 2026 and admitted for trading on the Irish Stock Exchange. EBRD's investment in each issue will be limited to up to 20% of the issuance size. On 31 May 2023, EBRD invested EUR 50 million in the issuance of EUR 300 million senior preferred bonds by the Issuer. The bonds have a four-year maturity with a call option on the third year. On 3 September 2024, EBRD invested EUR 20 million in the issuance of EUR 300 million senior preferred bonds by the Issuer. The bonds have a four-year maturity with a call option on the third year.
