Description	This project comprises the construction of two-way four-lane Luonan - Lushi (Shaanxi-Henan) expressway with length of 55.19 km, design speed of 100 kilometers per hour and a roadbed width of 26 meters. It is planned to have 5 interchanges (including 1 hub interchange and 4 interchanges), 4 ramp toll stations, 1 service area, parking area, management sub-center and maintenance work area. The project is developed under BOT mode for 33 years, of which 3 for construction and 30 for operation and is expected to open to traffic in 2025. A consortium involving the Fourth Public Bureau, the First Public Bureau Group, Zhongjiao Road Construction, and the First Public Court won the bidding for the project in March 2021.
