Description | In December 2011, a local private company Anhui Guozhen Environmental Protection Science & Technology Co. Ltd. signed a management contract with the Luquan County Government to operate a wastewater treatment plant in Luquan County, Yunnan Province. Guozhen won the job through an open bidding process and would operate the plant for 10 years. The base treatment fee is 0.631 Yuan per cubic meter and the annual overhaul fee offered by the local government is 60,000 Yuan per year. The plant has a capacity of 6,000 cubic meters per day. |
