Description | Hoa Phat Group has received in-principle approval for the development of the Ly Thuong Kiet Industrial Park – Phase 1, a 235-hectare industrial park located in Yen My and Viet Tien communes, Hung Yen province, northern Vietnam. The project aims to develop and operate industrial park infrastructure as a supporting industrial park with a 50-year operation period. It is strategically located in the Red River Delta, adjacent to major transport routes linking Hanoi, Hai Phong, and neighboring provinces. The project has a total investment of more than VND2.8 trillion ($106.35 million) and is expected to begin handing over infrastructure-ready plots to tenants from late 2026. Infrastructure construction is planned to start in Q2 2026. |
