Description | A $3.1 million project to rebuild M-123 in Paradise will get underway on Monday, April 27. The project includes partial crushing and shaping of the existing pavement, asphalt repaving with wide shoulders for an ORV connector trail, and improved stormwater infrastructure. A Transportation Alternatives Grant will also fund a paved shared-use path, concrete sidewalk, crosswalks, and lighting. The shared-use path is expected to increase safety for non-motorized users. The work will require single-lane closures with temporary traffic signals and traffic regulators, with a 10-foot width restriction during the project, which is estimated to end by late October. |
