M-K-T Mixed-Use Development

The M-K-T development is a 214,000-square-foot mixed-use project in the Heights area of Houston. It blends retail, restaurants, and boutique offices, converting several warehouse buildings into a mixed-use destination along the Shepherd Drive corridor. The space includes approximately 100,000 square feet of Class A creative office space and over 100,000 square feet of retail and dining. The project opened in 2021 and features tenants such as Lululemon, Sweetgreen, Mendocino Farms, Ray-Ban, and La La Land Kind Café. Radom Capital and Triten Real Estate Partners remain active partners, and the project also includes a converted 60,000-square-foot center from the old Swift meatpacking plant dedicated to retail, office, and restaurant space.
