Within the hostel, provision for facilities such as a supermarket, banks, entertainment area, food court and business centre etc. has been suggested- Construction of Staff Houses: Construction of apartments and maisonettes in a gated community to accommodate 1,000 No. university staff- Construction of a Training Hotel: Development of a 1,000 guest-capacity hotel to be used as a training facility for the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management- Development of Teaching and Referral Hospital: Construction and equipping of a 600-bed capacity Teaching and Referral Hospital for the School of Health Sciences to train health professionals- Construction of an Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) Building Panel Factory: Construction of an EPS building panel factory to offer practical oriented facilities for the Building and Civil Engineering programmes |
