Macropay - Increasing access to tech for vulnerable population in Mexico

proposed

Celulares y Accesorios del Sureste, S.A. de C.V. (“Macropay”), a Mexican company primarily engaged in the credit sale of mobile phones, the retail distribution of technology accessories, and the sale of motorcycles through inclusive financial products, is seeking financing to expand its operations through the opening of new physical stores in Mexico. The transaction consists of long-term financing for Macropay of up to MXN 650 million, which will be used to open new branches, with a focus on rural areas of the country. This will facilitate access to essential digital services, promote financial inclusion, and support the direct generation of employment in Mexico.
