Description | The project involves the construction of a new world-class passenger terminal building in MCIA, with a capacity of about 8 million passengers per year; and the operation of the old and new facilities. The new terminal, including all related facilities, is proposed to separately cater to domestic and international operations. MCIA is located in Lapu-Lapu City, in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines.The project owners will also construct an apron for the new passenger terminal; renovate and expand the existing terminal along with all related infrastructure and facilities; and operate and maintain both passenger terminals throughout the entire concession period.Completion is scheduled for June 2019. |
