The concession aims to provide support services for public use for the operation of the Macuco trail in land and waterways in the Iguaçu National Park area. The tourist itinerary called “Macuco Trail” consists of a boat trip along the river, up to the limit of navigability close to the Iguaçu Falls, with the possibility of hiking on trails, rafting, waterfalls at the Macuco waterfall, land transport of passengers on the stretch between BR 469, km 25 (Macuco reception) and Porto do Macuco. The tourist itinerary complements the concession for the provision of public services to support visitation, conservation, protection and management of the Iguaçu National Park in force.
