MEDFIELD- INTERSECTION IMPROVMENTS AT ROUTE 27 AND WEST STREET . Reconstruction of the existing signalized intersection of Route 27 (North Meadows Road) at West Street, including new traffic signal equipment, sidewalks, and buffered bicycle lanes. The project will include minor roadway widening to accommodate the addition of left turn lanes and buffered bicycle lanes along Route 27 and the addition of left turn lanes on West Street.
