Description	Mandsaur Wind Farm is a 55.2MW power generation facility located in Madhya Pradesh, India. ReNew Wind Energy (MP Two) Private Limited is an SPV owned by ReNew Power Ventures Private Limited (100%). A contract was awarded based on Madhya Pradesh's Wind Power Project Policy 2012. A Wind Power Development Agreement was entered into with Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission Company. ReNew Wind Energy (MP Two) Private Limited reached financial closure in June 2015. Of the projected $55.8m USD cost, $13.54m USD is to be financed by equity (ReNew Power Ventures), and $42.26m USD is expected to be debt financed (Yes Bank). Mandsaur is currently under construction.
