It spans 74 acres in Kongaon, Bhiwandi, and offers a complete fashion ecosystem including labour training centre, B2B mall, fashion convention & exhibition center, design incubation & R&D labs, hotels, clubhouse, recreational zones, product photography studio, finance & subsidy advisory services, fashion training institutes, and a residential township. The project provides world-class infrastructure with 24x7 power, water supply, security, fire compliance, storm water drainage, wide internal roads, truck terminals, and logistics support, and is green-zone compliant. |
