planned

Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited and the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on developing Maharashtra's first nuclear power generation project. This partnership marks the first time the state will actively participate in nuclear power generation, a sector traditionally controlled by the Central Government. The project aims to support Maharashtra's clean energy goals and industrial growth, especially to meet the increasing power demand from data centers and industries.
