It aims to add 150,000 barrels per day of capacity to the Mainline network and up to 100,000 barrels per day to the Flanagan South Pipeline (FSP), increasing deliveries of Canadian heavy oil to key refining markets in the US Midwest and Gulf Coast. The FSP expansion is supported by long-term take-or-pay contracts for full-path service from Edmonton, Alberta, to Houston, Texas. |
