The PEMI (Major Infrastructure Maintenance Program) encompasses various construction work (partial or complete) on infrastructure at the Centre de transport and Plateau Youville: The main infrastructure elements that could be worked on are the roofing, building envelopes, doors, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems, lighting, electrical distribution, generators, infrastructure production equipment, interior slabs, technical rooms and roof structures. The work targeted under this program will make it possible to undertake major infrastructure maintenance that is not currently covered by other existing major programs (Réno-systèmes and Réno-infrastructures). More specifically, but without being limited to this list, the deliverables specifically planned as part of this project component, which will be financed by the Public Transit Infrastructure Fund (PTIF), will be as follows: - Roofing work on the exterior envelope and electrical work at CT Anjou
