Make it grow! aims at creating a system capable of supporting young people in the development of social entrepreneurial projects and enhancing their impact on the territories. Consortium: Italy, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia and Montenegro. Objectives 1. To strengthen the dialogue between public bodies and social entrepreneurship's players, enhancing the role of youth workers as facilitators in this process. 2. To share good practices and promote models among project partners and communities in the field of social entrepreneurship. 3. To support the capacity-building in the field of community engagement, bottom-up and peer-to-peer fundraising actions. 4. To promote networking actions between organizations and professionals coming from E+ Programme and Partner countries. Target group - youth policy-makers - youth workers - young people interested in developing a social business project, NEETs and drop-out Activities - 2 training courses aimed at improving knowledge and the competences on social entrepreneurship and community engagement. In between the meetings, each work group will define a guide-lines paper. - 3 seminars where youth workers and young people from each partner organization will participate and run a workshop. The seminar will be preceded in each country by study-visit sessions to local youth startups. - 1 workshop which will gather youth policy-maker, youth workers and young people from each partner organization, who will collaborate together to set up a fundraising campaign to be lanched after the mobility. Make it grow! will increase the number of social business projects promoted by young people with the support of public institutions; it will have an impact on the level of engagement and participation of the local youth communities, fostering the social cohesion and sense of belonging. Finally, both the organizations and the participants will be provided with technical tools and knowledge which will make their projects more sustainable.
