Sponsors of the project are Mega First Power Industries Sdn. Bhd., subsidiary of Mega First Corporation, and China’s Powerchina Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited. The sponsors signed a power purchase agreement with state-owned utility Fenaka Corporation.
