Description

This request for information (RFI) relates to the pre-solicitation meeting with potential Malian Non-Governmental and Malian Private Sector Organizations. The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission in Mali, is seeking to have a session of information exchange with Malian Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) and Malian private sector organizations (MPSO). The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss on the Washington Locally Led Development APS#7200AA19APS00007. Through this announcement and in support of USAID/Mali’s overall localization programming, USAID/Mali invites only Malian NGOs and MPSO organizations working in the sectors of Health, Agriculture and Economic Growth, Peace and Governance and Education. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information gathering and planning purposes from local Malian entities. The RFI does NOT represent any award commitment on the part of the U.S Government and it does NOT obligate the U.S Government to pay for costs incurred to get to the meeting. Information received as part of this RFI shall become the property of USAID, therefore proprietary information that cannot be shared should not be sent. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Application (RFA), if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the www.grants.gov. This RFI can be downloaded from http://www.grants.gov. Interested parties who are not able to retrieve the RFI from the Internet can request a copy from the Office of Acquisition and Assistance via email at bamakoaao@usaid.gov. Responses in relation to the RFI questions can be submitted in written French and or English to USAID via email only to bamakoaao@usaid.gov no later than the date and time shown above with a subject line “Response to RFI-688-21-MALI-Localization/APS.” The contact information below is provided just in case you experience problems with the dedicated program mailbox.
