This project involves the concession of the 267km Malla Vial del Meta highway in Colombia, part of the country's 4G transport PPP program. The concession is for a period of 30 years and it is divided in two main road corridors: Villavicencio - Granada (via Acacias, Guamal and San Martin), and Villavicencio - Puerto Gaitan (via Puerto Lopez). Malla Vial del Meta reaches financial close over 7 years after being awarded by Colombia's national infrastructure agency (ANI) in 2015. The sponsors were initially unable to reach FC and began arbitration proceedings against ANI in 2016, citing a significant reduction in heavy vehicle flow. The project company "Concesión Vial de los Llanos" is owned by Odinsa Group, El Condor, Sarugo y Cia. In March 2022, Odinsa increased its stake in the concessionaire by purchasing the 30% stake held by local construction company Murcia Murcia. Total project cost is $541m (Ps 2.1 trillion) and the project company closed a debt package for $152m (Ps 590 billion) from Financiera de Desarrollo Nacional (FDN) - $77.8m (Ps 295 billion); BanColombia - $38.9m (Ps 147.5 billion); and Banco Davivienda - $38.9m (Ps 147.5 billion).
