Mamu is a unique exploration game for a 7+ audience centered around nature's resilience and interconnectedness. Players control Mamu, a curious fungal-ghost-like entity, on a mission to restore the natural balance by mending the mycelium network. Through clever inhabiting mechanics, timelapses, environmental storytelling, and stunning visuals, players journey through a world scarred by humanity but teeming with life, challenges, and hope. Like earlier Those Eyes games, Mamu incorporates real-life events, blurring the lines between documentary and game. In Mamu, the focus is on the environment and wildlife and the human-caused disasters that threaten them, based on actual issues and proposed solutions to them. Like in our earlier games, this link to the real world is underlined by incorporating settings from such events, blending it with Mamu’s more idyllic and lush world.
