The project involves the construction of an 880 m Mangoky bridge to connect the Atsimo-Andrefana region in the south and the Menabe region in the west of Madagascar.The project encompasses the construction of a pre-stressed concrete bridge measuring 880 m in length and 7 m in width. This bridge will also feature two 1.35-m-wide sidewalks on either side. Additionally, approach roads spanning approximately 7 km will be established. The objective is to establish a connection between the Atsimo-Andrefana region in the south and the Menabe region in the west. Both regions house crucial agricultural and tourism resources. The Mangoky Bridge will play a role in diminishing travel durations and enhancing transportation connectivity between these two regions.
