Description | Petrobras signed with V2I Transmissão de Energia Elétrica SA, with Vinci Infraestrutura Gestora de Recursos Ltda a contract for the sale of its entire stake in 49% in the company Eólica Mangue Seco 1 - Geradora e Comercializadora de Energia Elétrica SA (“Eólica Mangue Seco 1”), owner of a 26 MW wind power generation park in Rio Grande do Norte State. The sale value is R $ 42.5 million (7.84 USDm), to be paid in a single installment at the closing of the transaction, subject to the adjustments provided for in the contract. Financial Closure was achieved in January 2021.
