Maple Hill Manor - Facility Upgrades

The project consists of two components: 1) Replacement of all exterior doors and add a new exterior door to the garbage room. 2) Renovation of all existing washrooms with new vanities, flooring and touchless faucets. Rationale: 1) The existing doors are not weather tight and leak. The new exterior door to the garbage room allow garbage collection without the contractor going through the facility; 2) The current bathrooms have damaged flooring and vanities which are very difficult to clean sanitarily. The new faucets will help with infection prevention and control.
