Description | A long standing relationship with Larco Investments ltd. has led Bird Construction to construct a number of Maple Leaf storage facilities. On the site of a former landfill, the Fawcett location required piled foundations in order to ensure secure footing. Additional site considerations included the installation of an under slab extraction system to manage methane gas emissions. For the exterior of the structure, tilt-up construction was employed. With attention to detail, the project team successfully performed the precision work necessary for the pre-formed interior locker system. |
