Maré House / Sonne Müller Arquitetos

Text description provided by the architects.Casa Maré was born from the intention of creating a practical, integrated, and precisely structured beach house, set on a narrow plot with a steep slope at Praia do Pulso, in Ubatuba. The central challenge was organizing the program functionally, ensuring spaciousness and visual continuity while respecting the topographic constraints. The solution was structured around three stepped levels — basement, ground floor, and upper floor — defined both by the programmatic needs and a careful reading of the terrain.
