It includes two 12-story apartment buildings, one three-story building, and a five-story parking garage. Construction is slated to begin before the end of 2025 and is expected to take about three years. The full project will eventually replace seven existing Marine Drive towers with multiple new buildings totaling 739 apartments, 5,000 square feet of retail space, several parking garages, a community center, and a plaza. |
