Marion Rare Earth and Critical Mineral Refinery Phase 1 Buildout

Phase 1 of the Marion refining campus has been expanded to include four production lines capable of processing both recycled and primary feedstocks, with over 16,000 metric tons of annual separated and purified oxide capacity. The project aims to address the critical mineral supply chain gap by providing scalable, high-purity refining capacity in the United States. Initial production is expected in Q3 2026, with full Phase 1 commissioning by the end of 2026. The project remains on schedule and under budget.
