Alterra is conducting due diligence studies and expects to complete them by the third quarter of 2026. The project aims to bring 300 to 500 skilled jobs and generate several million dollars in tax revenue. Wetland mitigation and land consolidation will be used to create developable property, and a closed-loop liquid cooling system will minimize water use. The gas generation plant will contribute to the energy grid. |
