Partial operations resumed in late April 2025, but additional repair work was discovered, expanding the scope and delaying full restart to the end of 2025. Repairs include demolition of fire-damaged areas, construction of temporary equipment, civil works, and installation of modules and equipment. The delay is due to supply chain and equipment procurement challenges and pending regulatory permit approval. |
